Terms and Conditions for Classroom Attendance and Course Completion
These terms and conditions outline the requirements and rules that must be adhered to by students participating in courses governed by NAC 483.708-795. It is essential that all students thoroughly read and understand these conditions before signing.
1. Course Completion and Attendance Requirements:

Students must complete the course within the time limit mandated by the court.

Attendance in all classes is mandatory and must be in sequential order starting from the first class through to completion of the course.
2. Class Progress and Behavior:

Failure to complete a class in sequence will result in reassignment to a subsequent course.

Students found under the influence of alcohol, controlled substances, or other chemicals during class may be excused from attendance at the teacher's discretion.
3. Course Extension:

If unable to complete the course within the court-mandated timeframe, students must arrange for an extension directly with the court.
4. Fee Payment:

All course fees must be paid in full before Northern Nevada Associates notifies the court.
5. Assigned Work:

Students are required to complete all assigned coursework.
6. Attendance Policies:

Students may be considered absent and reassigned to another class or course if they arrive late.

Leaving the class during designated breaks is permissible except in emergencies.
7. Punctuality and Conduct:

Students must not arrive late or leave early from any class session.

Disruptive behavior may result in expulsion from the class with no credit for attendance. Re-enrollment may be subject to attendance and additional costs determined by the school.
8. Guest Policy:

Students must not bring guests or spouses to class without prior approval from the instructor.
